The mission of the Congressional Bank Classics is to use baseball and softball as platforms to promote exemplary achievement of student athletes by developing skills learned as part of outstanding sports programs such as leadership, teamwork and commitment to excellence.
The Classics generate resources to support DC based youth baseball and softball programs and highlight the successes of DC Public School and Department of Parks and Recreation programs.
